Good afternoon,
1 John 1:9
[9]If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
We serve a Faithful Master. He's is willing to forgive if we confess and repent from our sins. We are so blessed to not be in bondage to sin. Jesus gave His life for our freedom. Why would He do that if He wasn't going to forgive us?
1 Corinthians 10:13
[13]There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
Jesus isn't just faithful to forgive, but He's also faithful to make a way for us when we're tempted. The only way we can be tried is with His approval. In such times as that, He always makes a way.
1 Corinthians 1:9
[9]God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.
He is faithful with our relationship and fellowship. Jesus calls us to gather with Him, to communicate and have a relationship with Him. He is committed to us.
2 Thessalonians 3:3
[3]But the Lord is faithful, who shall stablish you, and keep you from evil.
Our Lord is faithful to stable us, give us sound footing and protect us. There's nothing nor no one who can pull us from Him.
1 Peter 4:19
[19]Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator.
There will be times as His children that we will suffer persecution in His name. We must not waver. He is faithful to stand by us, so we must remain faithful to Him. We need to seed ourselves down in God's word, fellowship with Him and stay repented. He will remain faithful, we should as well.
